Rights to App: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights, are retained by the owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use.
Suitability: This Application contains biblical quotes and themes. We declare it is suitable for general audiences, including children (Age Rating 4+). However, parental guidance is recommended for digital wellbeing settings.
Subscriptions & Refunds: • Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple via the App Store.
• We maintain a strict No Refund Policy on our end.
• If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must do so through your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Disclaimer of Warranty: The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that voice recognition will work in all environments or for all accents. We explicitly disclaim liability for any interruptions to your device usage caused by the blocking features you configure.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the new terms.
2. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is critical. We operate on a principle of data minimization and transparency.
Local Storage & Offline Functionality: All of your personal data—including schedules, custom quotes, and settings—is stored exclusively on your device. We do not maintain any external servers to store your user content. The Application is capable of fully functioning offline, ensuring your data remains with you at all times.
No Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect, store, or process any Personally Identifiable Information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical location. You do not need to create an account with us to use the Application.
Anonymous Usage Data: We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous metrics (e.g., number of sessions completed, features used, screen views). This data is aggregated and used solely to improve the Application's stability and user experience.
• This data is never shared, sold, or traded with third parties for marketing purposes.
Voluntary Opt-Out: Participation in usage analytics is entirely voluntary. You may opt-out at any time by navigating to the "Settings" menu within the Application and disabling "Share Usage Statistics."
Voice & Speech Data: All speech recognition processing required to unlock the app is performed locally on your device using iOS Speech frameworks. Your voice audio is never uploaded to our servers or analyzed by us.
App Usage & Blocking Data: The "Shield" feature uses Apple's Screen Time API. All data regarding which apps you block and your usage habits remains strictly on your device, sandboxed by the operating system. We cannot see which specific apps you install or use.
Advertising: The Application serves advertisements via Google AdMob to support the free version. AdMob may collect and use its own anonymous identifiers (such as device ID) to serve non-personalized or personalized ads based on your device settings. We do not share any internal app data with AdMob.
Policy Updates: As our product evolves, we reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. We are committed to responsible disclosure and will notify users of any material changes that affect your data privacy rights. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of these changes.
