1. Terms and Conditions

By downloading or using the "Decree Key" app ("Application"), these terms will automatically apply to you.

Rights to App: Neurosap AI Consulting Inc. ("We", "Us") retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use.
Suitability: This Application contains biblical quotes and themes. We declare it is suitable for general audiences, including children (Age Rating 4+). However, parental guidance is recommended for digital wellbeing settings.
Subscriptions & Refunds:
• Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple via the App Store.
• We maintain a strict No Refund Policy on our end.
• If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must do so through your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Disclaimer of Warranty: The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that voice recognition will work in all environments or for all accents. We explicitly disclaim liability for any interruptions to your device usage caused by the blocking features you configure.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the new terms.

Your privacy is critical. This policy outlines how we handle data in Decree Key.

Data Collection: We (Neurosap) do not collect, store, or share your personal data on our servers. We do not require you to create an account with us.
Voice & Speech Data: All speech recognition processing required to unlock the app is performed locally on your device using iOS Speech frameworks. Your voice audio is not uploaded to our cloud servers.
App Usage Data: The "Shield" feature uses Apple's Screen Time API. All data regarding which apps you use and how long you use them remains on your device and is sandboxed by the operating system. We cannot see which apps you install or use.
Advertising: The Application serves advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data (such as device identifiers, cookies, and usage data) to serve personalized ads. You can manage ad tracking in your device settings.
Uninstallation: You may stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application via the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device.
